Shipping Policy
Shipping via USPS Priority only. Shipping costs are based on the item's weight, but tends to cost between $10-$20 for a medium-sized suncatcher or window. If you are local, we encourage the $10 flat fee for Portland delivery, to ensure it's safety. I do pack items very well and make every effort to protect glasswork from harm during shipping. We use recycled packing materials wherever possible in an effort to reduce our ecological impact.
Shipping charges may double should you select two items at once to purchase. Unfortunately, my system will not combine shipping costs for multiple items purchased together. I will refund the difference if you are overcharged for shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, breakage can happen. In the unfortunate circumstance of cracks or damage, please contact me immediately. In most cases, repair costs can be done at a labor rate of $30/hr, not including materials.
There are no returns for custom designs. Windows purchased from the shop can be exchanged, undamaged, for another piece in stock within 15 days from the time of purchase.
