Merkeba Star Clear Beveled Glass Suncatcher
 
This gorgeous 3D Merkeba Star beveled glass piece was made by local artist, Tamara Goldsmith in her Portland, OR home studio.
 
The faceted triangles are beveled to maximize the rainbow-making abilities of this star. It sparkles beautifully in direct sunlight and the pictures show how sparkly it is in sunlight with movement.
Hangs from one point at the top with a heavy silver chain.
 
Lead is not dangerous to have in your home in an art-piece like this unless sanded or causing lead-dust to be airborne and inhaled or somehow ingested. However, it is always a good idea to wash your hands well after cleaning or handling the piece.
